- We start with goals, target group and desired interactions (buttons, sensors, pick-up, RFID/NFC, LED flows).
- We then select the hardware (BRIQX or custom PCB), power supply, and cabling; we set up the firmware and API, and assist with integrations.
- We deliver a prototype and test it in an in-store pilot; then we scale it out in a controlled manner (manuals, training, and WhatsApp support are optional).
- After the rollout, we provide support and help with compatibility for new product introductions.
